Applications for admission should be made in prescribed form which can be had
from the college office within the date notified by the University of Calicut

Late applications will be considered only if there are vacancies.

Application forms of admission can be had from the college office on payment in
cash as registration fee of Rs. 30/- or by way of money order to the Principal
with a request and self addressed envelope, sufficiently stamped for sending
the application form by Registered Post. Postal Order, Cheque and Chelan receipt
will not be accepted.

Original Mark Lists and Certificates should not be sent along with the
application. The college cannot undertake any responsibility for the loss of
original documents sent with the application.

Original Mark Lists and Certificates should be produced at the time of
interview.

Incomplete applications or those illegibly written will not be considered.

Marks obtained by the applicant should be carefully entered in the space
provided in the application form. Choices given should be in the same order in
all copies of the application form.

Applicants for the UG Programmes should have attained the age of 16 years on the
15 th July of the year of admission. Exception from the operation of this rule
will not be granted.
Candidates who do not satisfy the rule will not be admitted to the university
course of study.

Admission to UG Programmes is open only to candidates who have passed the Higher
Secondary Examinations or its equivalent. Applicants who have passed any similar
examination
should produce proof of having undergone 12 years of institutional study.

Candidates who possess certificates which are not strictly to the qualifications
for admission like Overseas School Certificate, Senior School Certificate etc.
will not be admitted
without the specific sanction from the University of Calicut.

Applicants from Pakistan who possess visas other than Category ‘F’ will not be
admitted.

The Principal reserves the right to reject any application without assigning
reasons thereof.

Students will be selected for admission according to the rules in force from
time to time.

Names of applicants provisionally selected will be displayed on the college
notice board and the applicants will be
informed individually through the memo
card attached to the application form.

Applicants provisionally selected will be required to appear for an interview
before the Principal on a specific date and time.
Those who fail to appear for the interview are liable to forfeit their claims
for admission.

No candidate will be admitted without the interview card and the presence of the
guardian.
